After a very nice pregnancy shoot with mom Mieke and a baby born in full 1st lockdown, I was happy to welcome Milian for his first birthday photo shoot in my photo studio in Vilvoorde! I had already prepared the decor; we chose a relatively neutral background, with some gold accents. The photo shoot became a great pleasure! For smash the cake photo shoots, I also provided different outfits in my studio, like the one Milian is wearing in the photos. That way, you don't have to spend extra money on outfits that your child may never wear again.

During my search for a beautiful location for a spring photo shoot, I got the tip to go to the Bomputten in Vilvoorde. There are fruit trees, but these turned out to be a bit small. But don't worry, because this beautiful plain is incredibly beautiful at sunrise and sunset and in May the entire field turns yellow with buttercups. I have found my favorite location for photo shoots, it is only a 5 minute drive from my studio and you really enter a different, fairytale-like world. I am talking about the Charleroyhoeve and the Maalbeek valley in Grimbergen. The fruit trees are in bloom from April and in May there is 1 large yellow flower field. Last year I received an email from Steffie asking if I wanted to photograph her pregnancy. In early March we had some beautiful, warm days & I had agreed to meet Lynn for a photo shoot at Domein Drie Fonteinen in Vilvoorde. In the middle of February, I had a very enjoyable photo shoot with Isabel. She drove from Leuven to Vilvoorde for a fine studio photo shoot. The goal of our photo shoot was to be creative, to create something a little different than usual for a change. So it was super nice that Isabel was open to everything! When I ask Isabel about her favorite part of the shoot, she replies, "Experimenting with different dresses/fabrics and poses! Thereby, the interaction and guidance by Joke was very relaxed and pleasant, she came up with creative suggestions that we then tried
