In the middle of February, I had a very enjoyable photo shoot with Isabel. She drove from Leuven to Vilvoorde for a fine studio photo shoot. The goal of our photo shoot was to be creative, to create something a little different than usual for a change. So it was super nice that Isabel was open to everything! I happened to have scheduled a photo shoot with Stéphanie that week, and even though our scheduled one was a studio photo shoot, we couldn't resist - despite the freezing temperatures - to head outside as well (already lucky that right outside my door in the snow is already fairytale-like!). I really couldn't resist posting a call on my Social media looking for some pregnant ladies for a fun maternity photo shoot in the snow. On the advice of my good friend Google, I also visited the Rivierenhof & I immediately found what I love very much! Ponds with weeping willows (I have a weakness for them) and beautiful woods around them, a nice bridge, a beautiful castle, a forest, reeds ... And all this in a relatively small area. After a location hunt near Antwerp, I discovered the Hobokense Polders. It is a quiet, vast nature reserve with beautiful spots, ponds, reeds, fields, and a forest. The nice thing about moving to a place that you don't really know well, is the journey of discovery to all the beautiful places in the area. One of those nice places was the Lintbos in Grimbergen. A beautiful and peaceful forest with fruit trees, a large grassy plain and several young trees. A very nice location for a photo shoot! Below are some photos that I quickly took during our exploration. ps. These photos were taken with my iPhone, and not edited, so not with my professional camera as I would normally use during a photo shoot.
