Remember that white week in February? When it was snowing so beautifully? On the advice of my good friend Google, I also visited the Rivierenhof & I immediately found what I love very much! Ponds with weeping willows (I have a weakness for them) and beautiful woods around them, a nice bridge, a beautiful castle, a forest, reeds ... And all this in a relatively small area. After a location hunt near Antwerp, I discovered the Hobokense Polders. It is a quiet, vast nature reserve with beautiful spots, ponds, reeds, fields, and a forest. The nice thing about moving to a place that you don't really know well, is the journey of discovery to all the beautiful places in the area. One of those nice places was the Lintbos in Grimbergen. A beautiful and peaceful forest with fruit trees, a large grassy plain and several young trees. A very nice location for a photo shoot! My parents live in Oostkamp near Bruges. So I'm often near Bruges and photo shoots in that area are combined with a visit to my parents, so you don't have to pay any travel expenses. One of the beautiful places in the area is the Assebroekse Meersen, a vast nature reserve with beautiful spots, streams, blossoms, a flower field and a forest. Everything you want as a backdrop for a beautiful photo shoot. Here are some photos I took during a maternity photo shoot there.

Ponds in Borght (Grimbergen)

During a bike ride I recently came across a very nice, quiet location in Borght (Grimbergen). The site contains a small grove, 2 ponds, weeping willows, reeds etc. It creates a very nice atmosphere that can be perfectly captured on photo. Ideal location for your magical maternity photo shoot.
